Bailey is a creative director, photographer & content creator with a deep love for people, storytelling, and the clarity that comes from expressing who we truly are. Her work centers around helping individuals & brands distill their identity down to the core—then bringing it to life through visuals, language & intentional creative direction.
Essence is a creative agency, but more then creating content or helping brands shape their narrative or individuals feel empowered, the main ‘why’ for this organization existing is to help brands + individuals cultivate their own creative agency. Agency as in authority.

How did you get into the industry?
Street photography in India while living nomadically for 2 years
First creative love?
Dancing. Writing. Painting. Poetry. Marketing…then photography.
It wasn’t until I traveled that I realized seeing life through the lens of a camera is more than just a tool - it changes how you experience this life.

Bailey has been a professional photographer in Austin, TX since 2016. She has worked with hundreds of clients to tell their stories. Ranging from individuals to commercial clients, Bailey always ensures her clients feel held while bringing their vision to life.
Bailey’s experience spans the spectrum of event photography to weddings, commercial work, and more beyond the scope of photography: copywriting, creative storytelling, brand development, and creative direction. She has photographed everything from births and weddings to massive conferences or keynote celebrities and thought leaders transformational self-development seminars.
Today her biggest excitement is working with businesses and individuals focused on solving global issues.
